Melissa and Dan were married at the beginning of December in Davenport, Iowa at the gorgeous St. Paul Lutheran Church. Melissa looked stunning as she walked down the aisle wearing a gorgeous strapless dress with sweetheart neckline, vintage pearls, and her bridal white Toms. After the ceremony, we explored the streets of downtown Davenport and then the historic <a href=”http://www.hotelblackhawk.com” target=”new”>Hotel Blackhawk</a> with their wedding party for some fun photos. They celebrated with friends and family at the Figge Art Museum. The decor was absolutely beautiful. Tables were lit by candlelight and were decorated with colors of white, plum an gold. Instead of having just one wedding cake, Melissa and Dan had 5 smaller cakes, each a different flavor, and all equally beautiful and all equally delicious. Thanks again to Melissa and Dan for letting me be a part of your day. It was fabulous!

Another beautiful fall wedding! The lighting and fall colors were just perfect all day long. Kellie and David were married at the Batavia United Methodist Church and celebrated with friends and family afterward at Piper’s Banquets in Aurora, Illinois. Kellie looked gorgeous in her dress and I loved the bright green ballet flats that she wore to match her bridesmaids’ dresses. I loved the bold and vibrant colors that she used for her wedding. They definitely popped during our portraits at Peck Farm (still one of my favorite places to take photos!). Thanks again to Kellie and David for letting me capture your wedding day.

Kim and Brian were married on a beautiful, but rainy, September day. The rain didn’t stop them from enjoying their day. After a first look moment before the ceremony, Kim, Brian and I went to the amazingly gorgeous Chicago Botanical Gardens for portraits of the two of them. As you can see, they were prepared with umbrellas in hand.Thank you both for letting me be a part of your wedding. It was so much fun!
